How far would we go to make friends at a new school?  Even when those friends are ruthless bullies?  
In a world of outrageous tweens we watch Jessie and her trusty imaginary friend Airy try to answer that question.

As soon as Brittany steals her love note and bites into her tasty lunch, Jessie knows she is in trouble.

In the musical, The Love Note, Jessie is determined to make sense of a new school where there are unique bookworms, a cute boy named Peter, and a group of bullies who rule the school. Jessie and her imaginary friend, Airy, invent a spicy strategy to overcome the lunchroom bullies who trick her out of her lunch and laugh at her precious love notes from her mom.

Bolstered by her ever growing hunger, and cheeky advice from Airy, Jessie decides to take lunch preparation into her own hands and serve the bullies a new "hot lunch".
